Connect Data Preview to Agents
Data Preview helps people and software agents prepare CSV and flat JSON records for a defined import specification.
Connect in ChatGPT
- Sign into Data Preview with Supabase.
- Enable Agent Access in the workspace for your verified email.
- Connect the Data Preview personal plugin in ChatGPT using the same email.
- Ask the agent to list organizations, inspect headers, analyze a dataset or submit an import.
Connect Another MCP Client
Use the stateless endpoint https://datapreview.momentumdatasolutions.com/mcp. Direct clients can send a Supabase bearer access token. Every tool checks organization membership. Large inputs should be uploaded through the API or workspace; agent tools can poll and retrieve results using the job ID.
A Clear Path from File to Import
Recognize headers, review column mappings, analyze data quality, and approve missing work-email domain repairs. Download accepted rows, rejected rows, structured exceptions, and a transformation log.
Your Organization’s Workspace
Supabase verifies sign-in. Neon stores organizations, memberships, versioned templates, and job summaries. Server checks and database row-level policies restrict organization data to its members.
File Handling
Background-job source and result files are stored privately for up to 24 hours, then purged. File contents are not saved in Neon job history. History stores counts, status, template name/version, creator ID, and timestamps. Download the files you need before clearing your workspace.
Current Limits
CSV, flat JSON and XLSX workbooks are supported. Current deployment capacity is 10 MB and 50,000 rows per file; organization owners can set lower limits. Customer-provided destination specifications can be uploaded, edited and versioned. Background-job files expire after 24 hours. Authenticated MCP tools and Stripe checkout integration are included; live billing requires account credentials, a configured price and webhook. Vendor certification and regulatory compliance require separate review.
